The annual visit covers everything you need.
One visit per year. Full deep clean of every indoor head (split system) or the whole-of-system ducted service (return-air filter replacement, roof-cavity coil clean, duct vacuum, outdoor condenser inspection). Built-in tropical mould treatment for the wet-tropics climate. ARCtick refrigerant pressure check on the gauge set. Minor adjustments — condensate line slope, mounting bracket tightness, filter swap, fascia clip refit. Dated, signed service report straight to your inbox for the manufacturer warranty file.
Why a plan beats ad-hoc service calls.
Three reasons most clients move onto the plan after the first stand-alone clean. (1) Manufacturer warranty stays valid — Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric and Fujitsu all require documented annual servicing for the 5-year compressor warranty; we file the paperwork so you don’t have to remember. (2) We diary it — reminder 4 weeks out, follow-up to book a time, no forgotten years. (3) It’s cheaper long-run — plan pricing is below stand-alone rate, and catching a slow refrigerant leak in year 3 (under warranty) is orders of magnitude cheaper than a compressor failure in year 6 (out of warranty).

Small-strata complexes, holiday-let body-corps, and commercial tenancies (cafes, allied health, dental, pharmacy) all benefit from a single consolidated annual or 6-monthly contract.
